I am hoping to sublet my room for some or all of this winter break. The room will be available around Dec. 23rd until around January 20th. These dates are flexible and negotiable...if you are looking to sublet for only 1-2 weeks of these dates, that is fine, too.
The house is a short walk to campus and downtown. The room is large with a walk-in closet and furnished with a full size bed, desk and dresser. It is in a five-bedroom house. Some of the other tenants may come and go throughout your stay. They are all female, senior students at SUNY New Paltz.

$387.75 for three weeks
Utilities can be negotiated depending on length of stay.
