It's a bit early but I have 2 6BR houses available 1.5 miles from campus. Leases start in August but sign up now.
One is $615/r/m has w/d and dishwasher. 1 or 2 people are rebooking from this year to next so there are 4-5 rooms available.
The other has 6 BRs and is $575/r/m. A little smaller but less $ and very nice.
In both cases everything is included.
