I have 1 large bedroom available in an awesome house that is extremely close to campus with the lease that starts June 1st. Rent is $550 a month per person with most of the utilities included. My housemate and I will be graduating in December so the fall semester you would have to share the largest room in the house and then you each would be able to get your own room in the spring semester. The house also includes a spacious living room, decently sized kitchen, an art studio, and a garage. It's a 2 minute walk to campus and a 5 minute walk to town.
