I am looking for someone interested in living off-campus in a private house to take over the lease for one of the rooms in a 4 bedroom house from March until May (with the option to renew the lease for a year.)
You will have access to a full kitchen (complete with a stove, oven, fridge, sink, plates + silverware, dishwasher), washer, dryer (neither of which need coins), living room and 2 bathrooms. Short walk to campus, ample parking in back of house. The bedroom includes a closet with ample space.
The rent is $625/month, plus utilities.
