We are looking for prices of around $650 before any extra utility costs (or, for instance, $720 with heat/internet) etc. Proximity to campus is important, preferable not longer than a 10-15 minute walk. I am a student at NP and looking for roommates for next year. I live in an 8 bedroom house, across from LeFevre Hall. The lease runs from June 2015-May 2016 and rent is $580 a month, not including utilities. Utilities that must be paid for are wifi, electricity, garbage and oil(in the winter). The rooms can be furnished with a desk, bed and dresser (if you wish). No pets allowed and no smoking in the house. On site parking. The house is open to both male and females. Friends are allowed over, but this is not a party house.
