We are a group of clean students looking for a 4 bedroom house for the 2015-2016 school year. Looking for a place relatively close to campus/town. There are 5 of us and two are planning on sharing a bedroom. We do not smoke and do not have pets.

Each townhouse is equipped with 4 bdrms, large kit, large LR, 2 full baths, walk in closets, washer & dryer. Each tenant has a parking space on premises. Rent is $600.00 per student per month. Utilities and water expenses are divided equally among the four tenants in the unit. Twelve month lease term is from June 1 to May 31. I am am a NP student living in a house located right across the street from campus, more specifically LeFevre Hall. It is an 8 bedroom house and 5 bedrooms are unoccupied for next school year. The lease runs from June 2015-May 2016 and rent is $580 a month, not including utilities. Utilities that most be paid for are wifi, electricity, garbage and oil(in the winter). The rooms can be furnished with a desk, bed and dresser (if you wish). No pets allowed and no smoking in the house. On site parking.The house is open to both male and females. Friends are allowed over, but this is not a party house.
