Five female SUNY New Paltz students (currently juniors) are looking for one tenant to move into our apartment for the lease dates of August 23rd, 2015 to August 16th, 2016. This tenant must be female and preferably a SUNY New Paltz student. The tenant must be mature, clean and friendly with other housemates.
The apartment is beautiful and brand new (built the summer of 2014). There are six bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an open living room and kitchen. The kitchen has granite countertops, soft close drawers, and new appliances. There are hardwood and tile floors throughout the house. The apartment has two levels. The tenant will be occupying one of the downstairs bedrooms.
No pets are allowed :(
It's only a short walk to campus! An eight minute walk gets you to Old Main.
There is parking and coin-operated laundry facilities on site! Discounted since its for tenants only ($1.25 per machine).
The tentant will be responsible for $700 monthly rent with ALL utilities included!!! They will also be responsible for chipping in for shared house supplies from time to time and cleaning when its their turn. House supplies include things like toilet paper, napkins, oil, spices, dish soap, etc.).
