The 2 bedroom apartment is located in the Paltz Commons, right on main st, and a 2 minute walk from campus.
The bedroom that the second roommate would be renting out is the largest of the two, has lots of closet space, and will come with some items that will be left behind from the previous roommate.
There is free on-site parking in the apartment complex lot.
The kitchen comes fully equipped, and there will be furniture left behind from the previous roommate.
The rent is $625 a month, water is included.
