Hi there! My name is Sara and I am currently a junior here at New Paltz. I am on the search for someone to sublet my room. It's $625 per month plus utilities (which are water, electric, propane, and wifi). Heating and garbage removal are included. The house is a 15 minute walk from campus, 10 minutes if you ride a bike.
