Hi, my name is Rob and I am looking for a housemate for the upcoming school year. I currently live in a 2 bedroom apartment on main street and one of the rooms is now available. My current place is $625 a month with all utilities included except electric which is about $40-$50 every 2 months and propane. It's in town and about a 7-10 minute walk to campus (a shorter walk to Vandenberg). If anyone already has a house and needs another housemate, I am willing to move into a place that is walking distance to both campus and town preferably no further to either than where I currently live. A little about myself: I am currently a graduate student, I am clean, respectful, and quiet but I also like to have a good time.
