Hey. I'm an incoming transfer student and I need a room in a house/apartment for the upcoming year. I'd prefer something under $700 a month, and something closer to campus, if possible. There are large number of people who provide Paying Guest (PG.) service in range of $700, one friend of mine knows a couple of them, I will let you know tomorrow.
