Hi! My name is Stephanie and my roommate Stacey and I are looking for a female roommate for the 2014-2015 school year. We live in a 3 bedroom house and we are looking to rent out the 3rd bedroom.
It is a decent sized room and the cost is $450 a month plus utilities. Utilities to be payed include heat, hot water, electric, cable and wifi. The lawn and garbage pick up is taken care of by our landlord, and we are responsible for snow removal. The house is a a mile and a half from campus,so about a 5 minute drive. There is off street parking and a washer/dryer at no extra cost!
Stacey and I will both be seniors next year. I am a sociology major and Stacey is an art education major. We both like to have fun and hangout but we are also serious about our work, so this is not a party house. If you have any other questions feel free to email us!
