1 bedroom available in a 3 bedroom townhouse, shared by 2 undergraduate students. It's a 10 minute drive to the village and SUNY New Paltz.
The bedroom is about 10' x 12' with a large closet. There is also plenty of storage space in 4 additional closets, one with a washer and a dryer. Big kitchen with a ton of storage space. There's a living room and dining area downstairs as well. Bathroom has tub & shower. Hardwood floors throughout the house.
A responsible, mature, and clean roommate would be appreciated. Both roommates are undergraduate psychology and biology students, interested in yoga, meditation, hiking. There is one cat but other pets are not allowed.
Rent is $450 per month, utilities included, and the room is available starting April 25.
