Hi, I'm Susannah and I'll be starting grad school for teaching ESL next fall, so I'm looking for a place to live within walking distance of campus. I'd prefer a house, but would also consider an apartment, and while I'm looking for my own room I'd love to have housemates to hang out and socialize with as well. I'm looking for something for around $600 (up to $700 if a 10-month lease). I'm very friendly and easy-going, responsible, a non-smoker, and I want to avoid party houses as I take work pretty seriously.
