The house is fully furnished, has a fully equipped kitchen, comfortably furnished all-season sunroom with a treadmill, free washer and dryer, 2 newly renovated bathrooms (1 upstairs & 1 down), dining room with skylights and recessed lighting, front and back porches, lovely huge backyard. It will be your own private home. Sorry, no smoking and no pets of any kind. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs and 2 down. Room size varies, so be an early caller and get the room of your choice.
