OK I now know I have 1 5 BR apt available and 3-4 single rooms. Everyone else is staying.
The 5 Br apt is on the 3rd floor and has 2 small rooms for $550/r/m and 1 medium and 2 large for $595/r/m.....and of course a LR, kitchen and bathroom. The single rooms are on the second floor and share a bathroom on that floor and a small kitchen downstairs for $595/r/m.
Everything except wifi and cable is included and there is free off street parking.
Arrangements a can be made to wait for loans to come in if that would help.

There are also 2 6BR house 1.5 miles from campus that start in August. EVERYTHING included for $575-$615/r/m. One has washer drier.
