The house is located on Water St, just a 15 minute walk to campus. We live right next to the Rail Trail, Water Street Market, and are close to Main Street. There are three girls living here, two of us have graduated with BFA's and one is currently a graduate student. We are quiet and friendly. We would all share a living room and kitchen. The house has a washer and dryer, two full bathrooms, full kitchen, and great views of the mountains and river. We have a nice outdoor area with a garden and on-site parking. The bedroom for rent is bright and sunny, has a closet, and is private.
