I have leased a huge bedroom (about twice the size of a normal dorm room) in a gorgeous house with other NP students and need a roommate to share the room with. The house is about 2.5 miles from campus. It is a huge room with two big closets and an extra storage room/closet. It is $400 a month, everythinggg included, including wifi and cable!
