I have an open room in a 2 bedroom condo in village arms condos on north chestnut street. This is about a 20 minute walk to campus but there is a bus stop right across the street. The condo is about a 2 minute car ride. The condo is furnished except for the bedroom for rent. Rent is 600 a month. Additional charges are for cable every month and electricity every other month. Heat and hot water are included. There is a laundry room behind the building that we have access to. This is open to girls only because I am a girl.
