Hi! I have a bedroom for $350 per month not including utilities in 20 West Center Street (basically right before you hit Gulf from campus). The room is available starting June 1 until either July 31 or August 15 (whichever is most convenient for you). The apartment has 5 bedrooms total, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a basement. My room has access to a private balcony, good for summer chillin.
