I currently live 2 blocks away from college diner, it is a mile away from campus...i know its a bit far, but i will be subletting my room for 550 a month, and that is everything included (utilities, parking, cable, and internet). It is medium size bedroom in a house of 6. The living room is furnished and depending on our discussion the room may be as well. There is a medium size back yard and a driveway that can fit 6 cars.
