My very nice condo in Huguenot Street (Town & Country) is becoming available June 1st.
It is 880 sqft and in a quiet corner with views into the trees behind historic buildings (as opposed to views over the parking lot!)
LR has sliders to balcony large enough for table-for-two, sitting with 2nd floor level privacy, though condo entered at front without stairs. (Site slopes.)
In past, has accommodated 3 students comfortably in large twin BR plus sofabed in dining alcove. Feels roomy for single with guest accom. Partially furnished (optional).
Hardwood floors (though HOA requires rugs or socks!)
$1250 pm. One year Lease. Security+1st month+last month.
Tenant pays elec+ cable. Landlord pays heat, HW, water/sewer, grounds & common area maintenance.
Feel free to ask questions.
