Four bedrooms total, two bathrooms, a nice backyard, driveway, laundry room included. Living room is pretty big, unfinished basement is great for some storage. Snow and trash removal are included in the rent. The house is about a minute or two drive away, and a 10-15 minute walk. It's best suited for someone with a car or a bicycle.
