The room is available from June 1st until August 21st. The room is huge, and is in a 6 bedroom house. The house is 1 minute walking distance from town 8 minutes to class. The house will have central air and ac. The house is $575 + utilities. We also have two washers and dryers in the house. Guys and girls are welcomed. We are surrounded by other college houses and we have one of the best locations in New Paltz.
