Hello! I am currently seeking a summer sublet for my apartment which is located right above Fat Bob's Pizzeria. I currently live with two other students, both of which are extremely nice and laid back. The lease goes until the end of August, and the room will come partially furnished. The rent, with utilities will be 500 a month.
