3 Bedroom apartment is available for Fall 2013 - Spring 2014 academic year. 
Located in the center of Downtown New Paltz, you will be surrounded by all the stores and restaurants that New Paltz has to offer!
It is also nice location for SUNY New Paltz students as it is only about 3 min walk to the campus.

Available either on August 1st. The lease runs for a year.
We have several 3 bedroom apartments available.   
Following utilities are included - Water/sewer, heat, Wi-Fi, and basic cable.  Electric is on you. 
On-site parking is also available.
