The house at 26 South Oakwood Terrace is now full.
However, I do have two six bedroom houses 1.5 miles from campus on North and South Ohioville Rd. The Loop bus runs past the corner if you wont have a car.
Rent is from $595-$615 and includes everything, even cable and wifi. The South Ohioville house has a washer and drier and a dishwasher.
They are both really nice. The lease runs from August 18th, 2013 through August 15, 2014. You may sublet.
