We are offering 2 rooms (one is able to be shared) in a house on Tricor Avenue in the village of New Paltz. Each room is furnished with a bed, possibly more, depending on what the tenant leaves. Common areas (living room, kitchen, etc.) are completely furnished, including appliances. Washer and dryer available. Small backyard. The house is very close to campus and Hasbrouck Park, close to town as well. Driveway and free parking available. Cable and wifi are already set up. Utilities not included.
Rent is $650/month. Summer is June and July.
