We have a beautiful apartment for rent that is IDEAL for 4 people - Located on Church  Street in the village of New Paltz - Short walk to campus - Large front porch - Washer/Dryer Downstairs has a half bath and a large living room and kitchen - Upstairs has 3 bedrooms and a full bath - One of the bedrooms is ideal for 2 people - It's HUGE and has two closets, two lights on separate switches, and a large window on each side of the room - There's plenty of off street parking - The rent is $2,400.00 per month including heat, hot water, propane for stove, lawn care, snow removal, and garbage pickup - June to June lease - No pets allowed - Call 845 255 5469 before 8:00 PM.  Please do not respond by email
