I am going to be a senior next year and plan on studying abroad my last semester (Spring 14'). Thus, I only need a place to live for next fall. I've lived in New Paltz for almost a year and sadly all of which in southside. Haha, that being said I am really looking out for a place elsewhere and even potentially a house, so I am willing to spend anywhere from 500-650 a month including utilities. I'm pretty chill and adaptable to new living arrangements.
