I'm a responsible student at SUNY New Paltz, about to enter my 6th year at the school, and
i am looking for an affordable 6th month lease around the New Paltz area. Depending on the
monthly price, it is possible i could do a year lease. I am mainly interested in a studio or one
bedroom place, but i will be willing to look at 2+, so long as i am only responsible for the rent
of one bedroom.
