I have a 5BR apt for $630/r/m and 1 1BR apt for $750. There is also 1 single room left out of the 4 that share a bath and small kitchen. Everything is included except for cable and wifi. There is free off street parking.
The house is at 26 South Oakwood Terrace, which is opposite Old Main area.
