I am looking for someone to sublet my bedroom the summer of 2013. The room is located on S.Oakwood, the street that intersects Plattekill Ave right behind Old Library. It's in the house called "the orphanage" (negative connotation...only called that because a lot of people live in the building). Rent is $595/month including everything EXCEPT cable/internet. There is no sizable common living space for tenants. Small, but nice kitchen. I can have the room furnished, unless you prefer your own furniture. Free parking is available!
