1 Room for rent in 3 bedroom house. It is about 3 miles from campus, so you will need a car, but there's a whole driveway including a carport. 2 rooms are already occupied by 2 girls who go to SUNY New Paltz. Rent is $680/month which includes the price of the room and all utilities including cable and internet. The house has a garage for extra storage space, living room with fireplace furnished with couches and a TV, breakfast bar, kitchen, laundry and a newly finished bathroom, as well as a brandnew hot water heater, and uv water filter. There is also a decent size backyard as well as a large deck and grill. But don't worry about the size of the yard there is lawn maintence for no extra charge as well as plow service for our driveway when it snows.
