We have rooms for next semester in beautiful homes close to campus. Significantly reduced prices with utilities included. We specialize in student housing and our flexible payment schedules, rent deferral programs for student receiving aid or student loans, and leases are designed to accommodate the particular needs of student tenants. All of our rentals for next semester include utilities, garbage pick up, lawn care, plowing and sidewalk shoveling. We have both coed for guys and girls and female only rooms available. Most of them are within a 4 - 7 minute walk to campus. All houses have off street parking for snow storms. Most have nicely furnished common rooms, and we have both furnished and unfurnished rooms for rent. Most buildings have washers and dryers on the premises.
