I'm subletting a room in an awesome shared house. $600 a month includes all utilities, wireless internet, and cable (HBO!).
It's a 10 minute walk from campus, and less than 5 minutes to main street.
I've loved living here, the housemates are great, but I'm taking this spring semester off, so I need someone to take my place.
I can be out by January 1st, or if you'd rather not pay for the entire month of January we can work something else out.
