I have three empty bedrooms in a six bedroom apartment. The other tenants are all male students at SUNY New Paltz. Good group of laid back guys- they do like to have the occasional party. Shared kitchen, shared living room, two bathrooms, washer and dryer. Parking available on premises, but it is just a few minutes walking distance to campus. NO smoking inside and NO pets.
Rent is $550 a month NOT including utilities and security deposit is required.
Room is available immediately and the lease runs until July 27th, 2012.
