Hey me and my three friends are trying to find a house or larger apartment to rent for the academic year starting in the Fall of 2012! We are hoping to find a place that the rent will include utilities, and hopefully a lease that would be for the academic year not the full year, however we will consider all of our options, if this applies to you, let us know! ;D
