Our price range is between $400-$500 (as the distance to the campus gets longer we expect lower prices), utilities included.
Utilities SHOULD include : heating, water, electric
We will be accomodating in the spring smester starting from Jan 17th.
We are willing to pay in advance, okay with all pets , we don't smoke , we are clean and responsible.

Apartment available right next to campus. It's a nice two bedroom/ one bathroom apartment. I was paying 550 a month and my roommate was paying the same. I'm leaving so my roommate needs someone for the spring semester. You would be able to split it three ways and it would be 360 a month for each of you.
