We have a house in Chestnut very close to campus and rent is only about $550 not including utilities. We are 3 undergrad females and two graduate student males looking for one more roommate. The house is in amazing shape, it has two full bathrooms, a living room, dining room and all the bedrooms are really decent sizes. Let me know if you're interested asap!
