My name is Ian, and I'm transferring down to SUNY New Paltz for the Spring 2012 semester. I'm tidy, and I don't smoke or party. I'm interested in:
-easy driving distance of campus
-internet access
-total cost below $350/month, through splitting it with a roommate or other means.
