Porch. 2 car garage. Walking distance from town, S.U.N.Y. and bus. 5mins drive from NYS Thruway. Large open garden space w/ gardening permitted and encouraged. Driveway snow removal responsibility of landlord. No smoking in cottage. Pets by landlord approval. Tenant pays utilities. Landlord pays for garbage and snow removal and landscaping.
$875/month + 1 month security + references. Available early/mid-August. 1yr lease
