I am subletting my room in New Paltz for the summer, preferably to students. It is about a 10-15 minute walk from campus, located on Prospect St. Rent is $490/month and includes all utilities (electric & water) and a parking space. You would be sharing a bathroom and kitchen with no more than 3 other people (assuming they are all home for the summer).
