Huge room for rent, with a big closet in a 2 bedroom apartment available. Shared Bathroom and Kitchen/ living area. Utilities included (heat, hot water, electric, wifi). Great location, 4 min walk to school, right near main street restaurants and shops. I am a 23 year old male getting my Masters in Business. I do study a lot, but I also have fun as well. I am a very laid back and open minded person. One thing i cannot stand is a mess, I try and keep the place neat and clean as much as possible but I do understand that people will become busy at times and cannot clean up after themselves right away. Sadly the landlord does not allow cats or dogs. I am usually not around on the weekends due to the fact that i travel back home for work, but will be here during the weekdays
