I need someone to sublet my bedroom for the summer months (June, July, and some or all of August depending on what you want/need).
It's $600/month plus pretty cheap utilities in a really nice house that's on Church Street and is a 2 minute walk from Main St., 10 minute walk to campus.
It's a beautiful house with a front porch & yard and back porch and yard, 1 1/2 bathrooms, and free laundry. There will be three other college students (all women) living in the house for most of the summer. It's clean, convenient, and the bedroom you'd be leasing is furnished with a dresser, bedside table, and queen sized bed.
