Hi, my name is jacky and I currently live at southside terrace apartments. I need a roommate for the upcoming fall semester, either male or female as long as you don't mind (i'm a guy). I'm looking to share a 1 bedroom apartment, so rent will be about $500/month or $625/month for a large one bedroom, it's a 5 minute walk to campus. All utilities are included, EXCEPT for electricity. I'm a business major at New Paltz, and very easy to get along with.
