it is a 5 bedroom apartment in the 2nd floor with a mini balcony. we have 2 big bathrooms, each with air pumps installed. washer and dryer(non coin-operated) is provided in one of the bath rooms. a lot of windows so the house is bright as long as the sun is up. big kitchen and a really nice living room. The landlord is a very friendly guy and quick to respond to any problems arise.
Currently, we have one room unoccupied, I and one of my house mates will graduate so there will be 3 vacant rooms in total. my other 2 roomates who stay are male and they are nice. Therefore, male and female students are welcome; if you are a female, I would suggest you to bring 2 other female friends to take the other vacant rooms so that you have a good mix in the apartment.
The rent: $575/month, utilities NOT included.
