Hi, Im looking to sublet my room from May to August. Clean and spacious apartment. Just 2 blocks from campus and up the street from the center of New Paltz. Its a two bedroom apartment. Living room, kitchen/dining room are all completely furnished and stocked. There is also a shared parking space. The other person living in the apartment is a female who is finishing her senior year. Shes extremely nice, easy to live with/get along with. We are looking to rent my room out to someone who is clean and reliable. Rent is reasonable priced.
