Hey my name is Allie and I am looking for 3 new roommates starting this fall 2012 semester at Southside terrace apartments. The apartment has been completely renovated last semester so everything is brand new and really nice. It's completely furnished and comes with a dishwasher, new oven and stove, refrigerator, microwave, shower, rugs, lighting and basically everything. The apartment is located right across from campus and is a very short walk to town, about 10 minutes. Rent is $600 and electric and cable isn't included but those are relatively cheap.
