I am moving out of my place this June 1st and I am trying to help the land lord find new tenets. The rent is 470 a room with nothing included and after utilities comes out to around 550-570 a month. It is a nice easy walk to campus (about 15 minutes) and a nice walk to town (about 15 minutes) and stop and shop (about 20 minutes).
